Product Description

Due to the differential and midsole in this shoe the foot remains as close to the ground as possible. This is a shoe designed for a whole host of activities; weightlifting, running, climbing, gym work and many more.There is a sticky rubber sole and low heel that provides a strong base, perfect for carrying heavy loads, and the one piece TPU lacing support provides all-round durability.The exclusive sticky rubber compound which has been specially developed using climbing rubber technology. This rubber optimizes grip in wet conditions, however the trade-off is it wears down quicker. With no Shoc Zone this is perfect for runners and athletes that want a minimalist shoe.

I love this shoes just when I order them on my regular size don't feet me rigth so I have to send them back an get a 1/2 size bigger but I love my Inov-8 this is the first pair and I love them

The best shoe I've ever had for sprinting, quickness, and being agile. I'm heavy into crossfit, and weightlifting, and they're perfect. Super light, really flexible, nice sticky grip on the sole. Not sure if they'd be good for long distance running

Awesome shoe

To start off this is a great shoe. I wear it daily and for Crossfit. I previously had the Bare 260s (the velcro ones) I love those as well, but as you may think the velcro did come undone every so often. Not often enough to be annoying or anything, but I simply decided to go back to laces once they wore out. I normally wear 11M and this shoes is right on in size. It has a nice grippy bottom just like the Bare 260s and has a nice wide platform for oly lifts. Very light weight as indicated by the number (210) and would recommend to anyone...AS long as you are use to the "bare" minimal feel. Don't start off intense with these, work your way into it if you're new to the minimal shoe. These are fine to run short distances in (200m-800m) but I still run in Brooks PureConnects. I do weigh 200 pounds so I like a little cushion on longer runs, but not to the extreme as made by older shoes. Also, these 210s are great for rope climbs.
