Good Comfortable shoe

These are great walking shoes. They fit well and are comfortable.I would not recommend running in them though, but if you walk fast in these shoes its like running without the strain on your knees.

Skechers SRT - Excellent

I bought these with some intrepidation as I wasn't sure if they were just hype. They arrived in a huge box adorned with lots of fanfare and a DVD (which I still haven't watched). I am a UK 11.5 which equates to a US 12. I have been using them for 2 months now and am surprised how comfortable they actually are. It did take a few days to get used to the movement, but these are now my everyday shoe. I use them for the 2 mile walk to and from my son's school. They push my hips forward and improve my posture when walking. I've tried short gentle jogs with them on and you can definitely feel the muscles, particularly (Calf, Quads, Hamstring's, Glutes and surprisingly Abs) working harder. My wife has commented on how much more defined of my legs and bum are, a compliment like that from a woman is always good and I can see a visible difference myself. At first, when jogging in them, I felt like I had to concentrate on my foot placement as my weak ankle (I broke it in 2009)felt susceptible to twisting, particularly on uneven ground, but I'm happy to say that the more I wore them the better this got and now it's not a problem at all and my ankle actually feels a lot stronger and doesn't hurt anymore after long jogs. Highly recommended.

Light, roomy, soft

I Never liked how the zig sole design looked when they first hit the stores years back, even though I'm a Reebok loyalist. After reading the reviews I finally decided to go with these zig running shoes after my Nike triple shocks running shoes started letting go at the tip of the shoe, and part of the rubber sole came off the bottom of one of the "shocks". I only tried these on for a few minutes the other day and found them to feel bigger / roomier at the front and back than I am accustomed to (size 8.5). I had a thin pair of socks on, so it might be a bit more snug with thicker socks. They walk and run very very nice though. The cushioning is amazingly soft. I would normally travel with my nike's due to lots of walking with backpacks / baggage in airports, etc., but this pair will make walking really comfortable. Running on my treadmill will be great too. Although I'm a bit wary of how long the bonding with the zigs and the shoe base will last. I usually frequent playground type surfaces at outdoor events- and I can see these would be a b!tch to clean when dirt and mud gets in.Agree with the laces becoming loose - but I intend to counter that by tying a double knot, or changing the lace altogether.

These were a little bigger than what I was expecting but it is alright because they are super comfortable. I was very pleased with them and they have turned into my everyday shoe.

Great pair of shoes, comfortable, spring action great for running and a lot of walking. I'm partial to Reebok shoes and these so far have been my favorite over all the Reebok's that I have purchased in the past! Good shoe at a good price. Very HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Good set of shoes for the desert.

Ordered these about a month ago and just got them in Iraq a couple of weeks ago. Am impressed with them so far.Pros. Excellent shock absorption Great for hot environments, breath really wellCons. A bit heavier then the running shoes I'm used to, but over all not that bad in weight. A bit pricey for running shoes, Might have to do a follow up review when I see how long these things last.Overall good product from UK Gear.

Best Shoe for Desert Environments

The UK Gear Men's PT-03 Desert Running Shoes are the best in the world for desert wear, bar none! I have worn mine for over six months in Afghanistan, and they look nearly new! The formulation of rubber and fabric is such that these shoes do not hold dust or dirt like other shoes. I brush them off, and there's no "dusty look" to them; dust and dirt cannot take hold on the rubber or fabric parts. They are also extremely comfortable in hot weather, and they really absorb the shock of walking on rocks.The only problem with these shoes is that the manufacturer has discontinued them! Why, oh why, would they do that when these are the best desert shoes in the world? I searched the Internet and finally found another two pair in my size and ordered two extra pairs! This Amazon website was out of size 9s.Other shoes look like crap after they get dust on them, but not these! And the dust brushes right off without leaving a dusty residue.And one of the best features: the shoe laces are not too long! Other shoe manufacturers put such long laces in their shoes that you'd think they were clown shoes; no matter how you tie them, they are too long and you end up stepping or tripping on the laces. It's good to see that UK Gear took care of this important detail!

Best shoes I've owned, bar none

I recently got a knee injury and just couldn't ever get comfortable. I have 3 other pairs of Nike Free Runs, all various versions of the 5.0. These are on my feet all day. I've only run short distances in them, but so far they perform well. I am going to order another pair and stick them in the closet, just because this particular model is so perfect for my situation.

These shoes were delivered on time and in excellent condition. They fit a little more snug than my other Nike shoes - If given the chance I would order a half size larger. They were very rigid at first but loosened up after about a week and are now very comfortable.
