The Flyroc 310 is part of the Fast and Lite range; shoes that offer medial and lateral support to their wearers throughout multi activity adventures, especially when the emphasis is on walking rather than running.This high performance lightweight racing shoe has exceptional levels of comfort, breathability and performance, making it ideal for off-road and mixed terrain use with good grip in grass and muddy conditions.The endurance rubber compound has been formulated for an optimal balance on wear and mixed terrain grip, while the upper webbing support is anatomically positioned to cradle the fore foot behind the metatarsal heads and provide a secure foot hold.Thanks to the Terra Shank polymer shank, positioned behind the metatarsal heads, there is a huge amount of underfoot protection. A softer compound is used on performance product while a firmer compound is used on the endurance product.This is a versatile shoe, with a host of attributes that makes it suitable for trail runners, walkers, trekkers and adventure racers alike.

Light, great grip - these are the 2 solid features of this shoe.I've used it in many trail conditions and the grip is solid throughout.My slight grouse is the cushioning - I'd wished there could be slightly more cushioning - I can feel the road slightly when running on tarmac.

I have been using these for trail running for about a month. Aggressive sole, surprising lightweight. For my feet, a little flat on the inside (I have high arches) but still acceptable support. Very durable, breathable, and dry quickly if (when) you splash in a stream, or puddles. Highly reccomended!

Shoes are comfortable and work well for lifting or running. Not much flexibility so jumping rope is different. Overall I will buy another pair when these are worn out.
