It's a versatile yet uniquely cool looking shoe made for the serious trainer/runner. A little bit about Roshe Run's Origin Inspired by the practice of meditation and the concept of Zen, the Nike Roshe Run epitomizes simplicity. It has no embellishments, just basic shoe necessities brought to life with every detail. Almost every part of the shoe reflects an aspect of a tranquil Zen garden: a modified Waffle outsole made to look like stepping stones, an insole that mirrors a raked rock garden, and slightly different midsole side lengths-a juxtaposition of seriousness and playfulness.

-----The Good Stuff------great ventilation and cushioning-lightweight impact protection-really versatile shoe, can wear with almost anything-offers breathability-full mesh upper and phylon midsole-has a cushioned collar for protection around ankle-rubber waffle outsole for traction-lots of cool-----The Not So Good Stuff------they run just a little bit big with the size-----Other Comments-----I have owned many different kinds of nikes and the Nike Roshe Runs have got to be one of the most comfortable shoes that I own.Wearing these shoes makes it feels like you're walking on pillows. They are really stylish also, and Nike offers a wide variety of selection.Really comfortable shoes, with or without socks! The insole and sole are soft yet durable. The mesh top is very breathable.Although these shoes are really stylish and look "cool" I would not recommend running in them. In my opinion, I feel like they arepretty big and too heavy for running.
