Me and my husband are loyal inov-8 customers. I don't run in anything else. We also just stated crossfit a few months ago and these shoes are perfect. They have amazing grip, form to our foot bed, and once they are broken in are more comfortable than my slippers. The toe area is wider in these than the older version and y husband loves that, giving plenty of room for swelling or mobility.

After being satisfied with reviews I bought my first pair of Inov-8 shoes for purely cross training type workouts (currently T25). My feet have never been so happy! Hands down, the most comfortable shoe for this type of workout! I was skeptical because of how flat they are but it's the perfect amount of support for this type of movement. My feet are in between flat and high arched. With other shoes I was wearing (mainly running shoes) I was getting unbearable pains on the outsides of my feet. I usually ended up kicking my shoes off and finishing the workout in my socks. Thank you Inov-8! I will definitely recommend them to others and would buy another pair in a heartbeat!

Avoid hesitation of buying this shoe, first thing first.take a ruler and measure your foot: depending on the result eg. 28cms, that means you'll chose 29 cms, if youre 30 cms that means 31 cms and so on(look for size chart Inov8) it will tell your size comparing cms.for both genresthise advise is only for normal feet. my advise is taking one cm more.I think its ok for width feet as well, take 2cms if you have too width feet. see the size chart.Remember certain things:this is not amateur shoeis flat, flexible,close to the ground,less cushionstablewell madevery light 192 grmsthin rubber sole with enough cushioningif you want to go for running in these shoes! let me tell you: better be prepared to land on forefoot strike ( Minimalist shoe ) dont recomend to buy these if run heellstrike.don't go on long distance, its ok 5 to 10k remenber is better speed and quality of running than long slow pace distance.of course is excellent for crossfitters
