Molded MPZ® panels create structure for protection, support, and a lockdown fit. Neoprene upper is light, tough, and allows the foot to move naturally. Asymmetrical lacing system reduces pressure and abrasion on the top of your foot. Full-length Micro G® foam turns cushioned landings into explosive takeoffs. Low heel and forefoot midsole encourages the foot to strike on the midfoot/forefoot, to work with natural efficiency. Full length molded 4D Foam® sockliner conforms to your foot's exact shape, eliminating slippage. Solid rubber traction is strategically placed on high impact zones for full ground contact with less weight. Offset: 4 mm. Weight: 6 oz.. Imported.

I absolutely love these shoes. I just got them today and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I dont particularly like the material at the front of the shoe. But that is no where near enough of a reason to not buy these shoes. If you are unsure about these shoes. Buy them. They are great.

Shoe has a lot of cushion for your feet so they aren't sore afterwards. I used to use the New Balance Minimus MX20 for both weightlifting and running, but they started to break down because they weren't made for running too much in. I find these are easier to use for both. I wouldn't recommend deadlifting too much in these as there isn't a 0 drop from heel to toe. As some others have said, they do tend to run a little big, so maybe order a half-size lower. But these are awesome sneakers and I would buy another pair once these get worn out. The colors are also attractive!

I wanted to transition from Kinvara's to 'minimal running shoes', and I didn't really want the vibram five fingers, so I took a chance with these wild-looking 'Toxic-6' shoes from UA. UA is 'relatively new' to the running shoe market, but you wouldn't know it. The side-laces, the heel cup, and the use of neoprene are all innovative.Look at the sole! it moves with your toes! Great shoe - I think it is a 4mm drop heel-to-toe, and the out-sole, sol, and footbed add up to a 10mm heel stack, so not quite a 'zero drop' but just the right amount for transitioning.Even with regularly running 25+ miles a week, when I started running in the T6, I had a lot of stiffness in the calves and Achilles. After maybe three weeks, not running more than 5 miles in one session, and doing donkey raises on off-days, I adjusted.Size - the toe-box is 'generous', but the metatarsal cradle holds your foot in place. Haven't had any blisters. I've since ordered a couple more pairs - It'd suck if UA discontinued them. They look wild - get all the colors :-)
