Very Good Shoe for CrossFit

This is an excellent shoe by Inov-8. The 0mm drop has me back on my heels for all the movements we do. And the natural toe box allows my toes to spread out and provide a more solid base for me to stand on. Great shoe all around and I would definitely look to buy more Inov-8 products.

Great shoe, bad sizing

The Inov-8 Lite-232 is a great all purpose workout shoe. The only issue I have is its not true to size! Recommend getting a size UP to what you normally wear. Other than that.... 2 thumbs up!!

Best shoe ever if your a general crossfitter

Wow, what a shoe lightweight,flexible and for a person with wide feet/flat feet a comfortable well fit shoe. I would recommend this shoe to any one llooking for a good all around crossfit shoe
