fits and feels great

one of the best tennis shoe i had. Wearing them for for better than 50 years.the size was a perfect match. they are light weight and more flexible than the normal tennis shoes.the cushioning expected from the "gel" i don't notice it. they are just as normal as all.the looks, bright accent colors got many compliments, and at my age i appreciate them.

Solid shoes

One of the best speed shoes on the market. Very comfortable and light weight. Cushioning, ventilation, lateral stability and durability are above average but traction is only average. Very similar to the Nike Zoom Vapor Tour 9. They run true to size or possibly a little large but I would order your normal size. Overall, excellent shoe.

Worth the money for the competitive active tennis player

I bought this tennis sneaker for my 16 year old son. He wants speed on the court and this tennis sneaker delivers. He feels he is a lot more agile on the court with this sneaker. His game seems to have improved as well. For a young man that likes to run and chase down every ball this is a great sneaker.

light and comfortable

very lightweight shoes, great for short distance runs. I suffer from Achilles-heel , and I can only use running shoes to help me absorb the impact my heels receives. This product has respond properly to my demands but if you are a heavy person with knees or heels problems I wont recomend these shoes a lot, they wont be able to diffuse the shock from your joints because the sole isnt very thick.P.D. they are a little bit wide (loose-fitting)

The OS tendon technology provides a perfect ride, with muscle rebound and essential muscle in the forefoot, muscle cushion in the heel and Contagrip on the sole. Contagrip is unique traction technology provides grip and durability by utilising a combination lob geometry and extra density.The Ortholite sockliner combines specific Ortholite foam and an EVA heel cup. The foam creates a cooler, drier, healthier and better cushioned environment under the foot. This maintains its quality and effectiveness over time. Lightweight with Ideal Proctecion/Cushioning

These are my fifth pair of Salomon Trail-Runners, and I absolutely love them. I wear all my Salomons while playing disc golf on a wide variety of terrain in all different parts of the country. The 'Salomon Synapse CS WP's are both lightweight and sturdy, while providing exceptional traction. The kevlar drawstring laces make for a quick tie, and only add to the shoes stylish frame. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a high performance trail-runner. I would also HIGHLY recommend this shoe to ANY DISC GOLFERS.

I was a little disappointed with these as I have enjoyed my previous Salomons but find this model too stiff...with little flex for walking. The material on the top is too rigid and needs to be more flexible like other Salomons

Love Them

My last four pairs of shoes have been Brooks, averaging about 30 to 35 miles per week, been retiring them at 400 or 450 miles. Decided to try something new this time so bought the ASICS GEL-Cumulus 13. Just breaking them in, but so far I have noticed shin splints going away, the bottom of my feet don't hurt after a long run, and I just ran a half marathon and walked away from the race with a PR feeling GREAT. I'm not a big guy but I am older (50) and only been running seriously for the past three years, so I've suffered with the typical knee, hip, and back issues / injuries. The Cumulus may be an ounce or two heavier than what I was running in, but so far they are much more comfortable and I think the extra cushion is more than worth the extra few ounces. I also like the look of the shoes. I'll try to remember to update this post after I get a few hundred miles on them.Update: I now have 250+ miles on the shoes. They are holding up well. But to be honest I've switched to a lighter running shoe with a flatter heel for most of my training. I still like these shoes and they still feel like I'm walking/running on pillows. I don't think I would have been able to switch to my current shoes right away - I needed the ASICS for training - while I broke in the Saucony Kinvara 2's and my legs on the track 1 or 2 days a week. So I'm not changing my rating on the ASICS. What I will say is that if you have many typical knee, hip, back issues / injuries you probably have a choice based on my experience. Use the ASICS with more padding. Or try running in a flatter shoe where you land more on the ball of your feet like the Kinvara.

Highly recommended

I'm an underpronator with high arches. These shoes are perfect for someone like me. They're just the right amount of cushioning without loss of control or feeling detached from the running surface. ASICS were a switch after years of wearing New Balance and I'm glad I made it. There's significantly more bang for the buck with the ASICS. I just got back from my first run wearing these and I couldn't be happier.

AMAZING SHOES!

These are a must have for anyone who is a running enthusiast. they are extremely comfortable and do exactly what they say. Asics has it down to a science. I wont ever buy anything but Asics for running shoes. This particular model, the Cumulus, is perfect for those with a high arch and are underpronators. This shoe's technology will help you correct your form and cushion your pressure areas through the gait cycle. The colors are exactly what you see in the picture, loud accents but a simple sporty design to compliment the neon. LOVE THIS SHOE!

I bought this shoe for my teenage son, he loves them! but I paid $100 bucks for these "Nike's" and after him wearing them for less than a day, the toes color is starting to wear or " chip", if u will.....I've owned a lot of Nike's and never had this problem, to me they seem like a Chinatown knockoff.

I ordered and received a size 8 and it was snug. I ran in these a few times, still snug, I should have returned them. I love the weight and feel of these, I may get a larger size.

most comfortable shoes I've ever owned

I have never worn shoes that I have been reluctant to take off. These are perfect. Whether you are running, walking or just wearing them casually, you will not be disappointed. As mentioned by others, do go ahead and get a half size bigger.

Excellent Shoes

I started wearing these shoes a few years ago, before the 2.0. They fit perfect and I have used them in numerous 5 and 10k races. I recently did my first half marathon and the shoes did great. I am glad they went back to the older color scheme, did not care for the white and orange.
