I have been a NEWTON wearer for a couple of years now, and oddly enough, the mens shoes seem to fit better AND last longer than the womens versions......while orange isn't my fav color these are so light weight, comfy, I don't care !

-----The Good Stuff------great ventilation and cushioning-lightweight impact protection-really versatile shoe, can wear with almost anything-offers breathability-full mesh upper and phylon midsole-has a cushioned collar for protection around ankle-rubber waffle outsole for traction-lots of cool-----The Not So Good Stuff------they run just a little bit big with the size-----Other Comments-----I have owned many different kinds of nikes and the Nike Roshe Runs have got to be one of the most comfortable shoes that I own.Wearing these shoes makes it feels like you're walking on pillows. They are really stylish also, and Nike offers a wide variety of selection.Although these shoes are really stylish and look "cool" I would not recommend running in them. In my opinion, I feel like they arepretty big and too heavy for running. All in all, Nike Roshe Runs are a really comfortable shoe.Review by Anthony Sarmiento

wear 9 in converse9 in clarks desert boots / red wing heritage9.5 in vans10 in most nikesi got this in 10most comfortable shoe of all time although the thick sole and thin upper may lead to accidental ankle rolling. havent tried these out for running yet. looks great too with a side profile / sillhouette similar to nike stefan janoskis

Best triathlon shoes

I love the fit and performance of these shoes! I've been using Zoots for the past 3 years and they're a perfect fit for my feet and running style. I tried the "minimalist" approach in between using Zoots and suffered foot problems, but when I switched back to Zoots, my feet were back to normal in a matter of weeks. I'll never switch again! Great shoes...I'd recommend them for anyone who competes in triathlons whether sprint, olympic, half or full IM. They run slightly small so I always get a half size larger than my actual size.

Great fit and great shoes.

I use them for weightlifting and have used them for some drills on turf.The shoes are really stable but as such, lack flexibility and they're on the heavy side. Not great for performance, yet great for training, with really decent traction on turf.

Wonderful zero drop shoe

Light and airy zero drop runner

These shoes are lightweight and breathable, but still supportive enough for cross-training. I take them on long runs, sprints and even max-effort deadlifts.They let your form shine through without trying to control your stride. No motion control, low arch. Nothing in the way. Heel-strikers look elsewhere.They have a moderate break-in time and may take some getting used to if you haven't run in zero drop shoes before.I love these shoes for high-intensity speed work, but they're great for distance training as well (for me, long-distance is anything over 3 miles up to about 10).They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I regularly wear them without socks and without insoles.Finally, just look at them. That's one sexy shoe!

Beautiful shoe but has issues

I'm a big guy. Size 13 shoe. But, been running 35+ years in every brand and type out there. Not new to minimalist shoes (Innov8 fan), but had a real problem with these on a short run. Developed a raging heel blister about mile 3. They seem to have deep heel cup which seems to pitch the back of the shoe to rub against the Achilles. Love the look and feel of the shoe. Would re-purchase if the heel problem were fixed.

The Ultra Tempo 5.0 is a race day shoe that focuses particularly on stability, providing easy entry, faster transitions and dryer feet. This shoe was designed for the athlete who needs stability and wants a triathlon specific race day shoe. This is a shoe that has been developed and adapted over the last five years. The Ultra Tempo has always been known for its high performance and this is a continuation of that.The Quick Lace system has been developed specifically for triathlon footwear. Quick Lace allows you to get your shoe on faster with a single-handed pull; no straps, no laces. Due to this, the transition from T1 to T2 will be far smoother and more efficient.Whereas other shoe may feature plastic, the Tempo 5.0 utilises CarbonSpan+, a lighter, stronger material that is tuned to running. This use of CarbonSpan+ will lighten the shoe and also provide a smooth powerful toe off.For those of you needing a bit more stability than the neutral runner, a dual-density midsole has been added into Zoot stability shoes for additional support.

I really like how light these shoes are. The quick laces are awesome, fast and secure. Haven't ran anything further than 6 miles yet, but so far, they feel great.

Narrow Fit

As always Nike makes a quality product and it is a great looking shoe. Bad part is if you have a anything but a very narrow foot don't was you time on this shoe. I am working oversea and all i have to say is thank goodness for shoe stretchers
