This shoe runs a little small, but once it is worn a few times it fits perfectly. Very light, breathable, and durable. The design is really sleek as well. The Bounce technology in the heel gives a lot of comfort and cushion when running and weight training.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever. I currently have 3 pair in all different colors and wear them almost everyday. Great support & unbelievable cushion for working out & running. What more can I say, I just love them!

Excellent Shoes

These are outstanding shoes. They are very well constructed, comfortable and made with high quality material. Even though they do not come in wide widths (I usually wear a Wide) they are still quite comfortable and do not squeeze the sides of my foot.I highly recommend for treadmill or outdoor running - a very good product!

Solved my knee pain!

Wow! What a difference a good shoe can make! As a beginning runner, I just went to my local sports store and picked up a pair of Nike running shoes that fit well. Within 2 months, I sustained bursitis of the knee which put me out of commission for 2 weeks. The ortho never mentioned that it could be my shoes--just that the injury was from overuse. Fast forward a couple more months and mild knee pain returned. I google'd and discovered that this pain could be a result from improper shoes (albeit running shoes). I located a store specializing in running shoes only and had a "video" fitting whereby they record your gait on a computer and recommend a proper running shoe. They offered a Saucony, K-Swiss and Brooks. The Brooks felt the best--like walking on a cloud, but provided excellent support for my pronation.Long story short, knee pain is completely gone and these shoes feel great. Highly recommend to try if you're experiencing knee pain.

Picks up where the GTS 11 left off

I ran my first marathon and several shorter races last year with two pair of GTS 11's. I just bought a pair of GTS 12's this weekend to get ready for some upcoming races.A seamless transition. The 12's have all the fit and features of the 11's. No break-in or anything required.In all other shoes I wear size 9.5 medium. In this shoe, I go with size 10 medium.

These boots are the shiz

These top-of-the-line Adidas hiking boots are amazing. The weight and grip are unparalleled by any other hiking boots that I have ever come across on the AT. Need I mention that they are completely waterproof? As long as you aren't hiking through the Klondike these boots are crazy-good. The lacing system is not confusing as I have seen others reviewing but I could see the laces wearing unevenly or getting crimpy later on down the road but so far I have had these boots for almost a year with pretty good use. No complaints from me on any aspect of these shoes.

Running faster because of the shoe?!

On the last mile of a five to seven mile training run I occasionally take the last mile as fast as I can. Typically it was 6:15 to 6:30. With my Newton Mv3 I ran a 6 min mile. I thought it was a mistake so tried again today and was shocked to see a 5:47. It seems like I am getting more force and rebound off the ground than my Saucony Hattori or the Skecher Bionics or even the previous Newton's I purchased 2 years ago. I am only a 5'3" male at 115 pounds so I prefer the lightweight shoes but they probably would not offer much support for a heavy person or a marathoner. They felt very tight (my other shoes are 8's and got an 8) at first but I just loosened the strings and got use to them and they feel very comfortable now. Cost of 125 dollars not cheap, but cheaper than other Newtons. Thanks for reading since I am 47 yo and running 5:40 to 6 min miles.... no one really cares I improved 15-20 seconds!

Increase Pace

I read the other reviews forNewton running shoes and have to report that my race pace improved 20 seconds on my first 10 mile race. I didn't believe it either but found a consistent faster pace including my marathon pace. Great shoes will not run on anything else. They are well constructed and hold up well even with intense training and high mileage.

These shoes are great. Better side support than their predecessor. HOWEVER, the leather over the toes is too thick and pinches my the top of my toes until it warms up from my foot heat. Would have liked to see mesh above the toes like the previous version.
