The K-Swiss Blade Light Run Running Shoe features K-EVA which maximizes cushioning and enhances durability of the midsole provided by special formula EVA. A thin layer of Superfoam can be found underneath the K-EVA which gives a soft and resilient feel under the foot. The foot is centred from heel to toe due to the Guideglide midsole construction ensuring a comfortable and stable ride. The stay tied laces help ensure your concentration is on your goal, taking away the worry of shoe malfunction.

Light, comfy, wear well

I have tried many brands and styles of running shoes before finally landing and sticking with the Blade Lights. Definitely a good neutral shoe and holes in sole are awesome at allowing moisture out during long course triathlons. This is pair 3 and will stick with this model unless they make some stupid change in the future

Very comfortable shoes, they fit me at first without problem.I have worn them since I opened the box they were in. Your feet feel ventilated anytime.I highly recommend these running shoes without doubt.

Blade light run

This is my third pair of these shoes in the last year. They are very comfortable to run in. I have not had any issues with the shoes breaking down.
