Bought the older version of the shoe a year before. The sole on this shoe is made with a better rubber so that it will last longer.I especially like the flex sole and the comfort it provides.

I got these shoes this week and I am truly impressed. Took them to the track to do some 400m repeats as well as some cross training(tire flipping and bleacher running). I can tell you that these definitely are as close to a barefoot feel, as a running shoe can get. You can actually feel your forefoot working to stabilize as you run, especially rounding corners. These shoes appear to be well made, as I would expect. They are also super light as advertized. I have the saucony Kinvara's and the Vibram five toes as well. These fall somewhere between the Kinvara and the five toes as far as feeling like running barefoot. If you are looking for a minimalist shoe, definitely give these a spin.

Purchased this shoe after wearing a different model of the Realflex series and really enjoying it. Confortable and really light. I like the sturdy feel for the style of shoe it is (minimalist style). The longest I have ran in this shoe is 4 miles to this point but expect the same comfort at a longer distance.
